???? The Beginning: A Heart for the Hurting
In a small neighborhood in Granbury, Texas, a few faithful hearts saw the pain around them—single mothers with nowhere to turn, children falling behind in school, the elderly isolated and forgotten, families broken by poverty, addiction, and despair.
Rather than turning away, they leaned in.
With no formal titles, no fancy buildings, and no major funding, this group began to pray, serve, and give. Meals were cooked and delivered. Prayers were shared on porches. School supplies were gathered. Clothes were handed out. And people started to notice—not the people serving, but the love being shared.
Becoming the Light
As the needs grew, so did the vision. What began as small acts of kindness soon became a structured ministry rooted in faith, driven by compassion, and focused on holistic transformation. The name Team Lighthouse wasn’t just symbolic—it was a promise:
To be a light for those lost in the storm.
To guide people safely home—to healing, to community, and to God.
Our team came together not because we had all the answers, but because we believed in showing up, in standing in the gap, and in letting God work through us.
We officially became Team Lighthouse Care Ministries, and from there, the mission expanded.
This was the birth of Team Lighthouse.

- Outreach & Relief: Providing immediate help to individuals and families facing crisis—through food, clothing, shelter support, and emergency assistance.
- Educational Support: Empowering both youth and adults with mentoring, tutoring, life skills training, and opportunities for growth.
- Holistic Care: Offering emotional and relational support, mental health referrals, family care services, and compassionate guidance for whole-person healing.
- Spiritual Guidance: Leading others in faith through prayer ministry, pastoral counseling, Bible studies, and spiritual mentorship.
Our programs are intentionally designed to not only meet immediate needs but also nurture long-term healing and growth.
